Sebastian Spears is a member of the firm’s business law group. While he assists clients with entity formation and governance and real estate and general business transactions, he typically is focused on commercial lending and matters of corporate and real estate finance.
Sebastian is a graduate of the Indiana University – Robert H. McKinney School of Law where he obtained a certificate in corporate and commercial law. While in law school, he interned with USA Track and Field and the Indiana Department of Revenue.
Sebastian did his undergraduate work at Southern Methodist University, where he majored in accounting. He spent one year as a member of SMU’s Model United Nations team attending conferences at Georgetown University and the University of Chicago. He also spent two years as a team manager for the SMU men’s basketball team under head coach Matt Doherty. While an undergraduate, Sebastian gained experience in public and private finance and accounting.
Sebastian grew up in Indianapolis, Indiana. He is active in the local community as a youth basketball coach and as a library volunteer.
