Alex Elliott

Biography

Alex Elliott helps clients navigate commercial contract negotiations, mergers and acquisitions, and real estate transactions.  His work involves primarily deal structuring, drafting transaction documents and acting as corporate counsel.  He has a planned focus on entrepreneurial matters, including entity structuring and formation, mergers and acquisitions, and financing.

Alex received his law degree from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law, where he was admitted as a member of the International Legal Honor Society of Phi Delta Phi.  Alex received his B.S. degree in Business from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business where he double majored in Management, as well as Entrepreneurship and Corporate Innovation.
