22 Feb Carolyn Andretti Joins Densborn Blachly LLP
Andretti will serve as Of Counsel in the growing law firm
INDIANAPOLIS – Densborn Blachly LLP announced today that Carolyn Andretti, a respected business lawyer, has joined the firm.
“Carolyn is an accomplished transaction lawyer,” said Densborn Blachly Managing Partner David Blachly. “Carolyn’s business background, particularly her deep experience with large and complicated financing transactions, recommends her to us and the clients we serve. Moreover, she is a great human being. It is wonderful having her back as a colleague.”
Beyond matters of corporate and real estate finance, over the course of her legal career, Carolyn has excelled at mergers and acquisitions, general corporate law, leasing and in areas of special regulation, such as alcoholic beverage, federal student loans and insurance. Prior to law, Carolyn worked as a vice president in the banking industry.
“It is gratifying to have the opportunity to practice again with my mentor, Don Densborn, and respected colleague Dave Blachly,” Carolyn said. “I’m eager to collaborate with the excellent group of lawyers at Densborn Blachly.”
Carolyn is an active volunteer in the Indianapolis community, having served on The Orchard School Board of Trustees (treasurer 2012-16) and the boards of the Richard G. Lugar Excellence in Public Service Series, American Cancer Society and Championship Auto Racing Auxiliary. In honor of her late brother John Andretti, she volunteers as legal counsel, secretary and treasurer of the CheckIt4Andretti Charitable Foundation, Inc.
Carolyn and her husband, Scott Molander, reside with their two daughters on Indianapolis’ northside.
